1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using St. George Air Repair in any way — reading a guide, calling the phone number listed on the site, or submitting the lead form — you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of service

St. George Air Repair is an independent local guide and referral service for homeowners in St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane and the surrounding Washington County area who are researching heating and air-conditioning repair, replacement, and maintenance. St. George Air Repair is not a contractor. It does not perform HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance work of any kind, and it does not employ or supervise technicians. When you submit a request through this site, we connect you with one or more independent, third-party local HVAC providers who may be able to help. Those providers may pay St. George Air Repair a referral fee for the introduction — that arrangement does not change the price you're quoted by the provider, and it is not a fee charged to you. Using this site, calling the number listed on it, or submitting the lead form is always free for homeowners; the referral fee, when one applies, is paid by the provider, not by you.

St. George Air Repair does not select providers for you based on price, quality, or any guarantee of fit — we pass your request along to a provider serving your area, and it's up to you and that provider to agree on scope, price, and timing. Nothing on this site should be read as St. George Air Repair recommending one specific outcome over another, or as a promise that a provider will be available at any particular time.

3. No warranty on third-party work

Any HVAC work performed after you're connected with a provider is an agreement between you and that independent provider — St. George Air Repair is not a party to it. We do not guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for the quality, pricing, timeliness, licensing status, insurance status, or workmanship of any provider you're connected with. We do not represent that any provider is "licensed and insured" or otherwise vet providers on your behalf. Before hiring any provider, we encourage you to independently verify that provider's license using the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) public license lookup, and to ask the provider directly about their current insurance coverage.

4. Calls, texts, and call recording

Consent to receive calls or texts related to your request is collected through an unticked, optional checkbox on the lead form, separate from submitting the form itself — agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of getting a quote or using this site. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Calls to the tracked phone number on this site may be recorded for quality and training purposes, consistent with Utah's one-party-consent law for call recording (Utah Code 77-23a-4); callers in other states may be subject to different recording-consent rules. 5. User conduct

When using this site, you agree not to submit false or misleading information through the lead form, attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation, scrape or republish site content without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may decline to process a request, or restrict access to the site, if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

6. Site content and ownership

The guides, cost tables, and other written content published on this site belong to AuthenitcBrand, LLC and are provided for your personal, informational use while researching HVAC service in St. George, Washington City, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane and the surrounding Washington County area. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of this site's content for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Content is informational, not a quote

Cost figures, timelines, and other information published on this site are general, educational estimates compiled from published and local market data, not a quote, offer, or guarantee of pricing for any specific job. Actual pricing depends on the provider you work with, your equipment, and your specific situation. See the methodology note on individual guide pages for sourcing details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. George Air Repair and AuthenitcBrand, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from your interactions with any third-party provider you're connected with through it, including damages related to the quality, cost, timeliness, or outcome of any HVAC work performed. The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah.
